We are a mobile administrative navigation desk bringing systemic solutions directly to the streets of Penticton.

For individuals experiencing homelessness, the biggest barrier to stability is often government red tape. You can’t access housing registries without a phone, open a bank account without physical ID, or claim retroactive tax credits without a safe mailing address.

Linked Up Resource Society bridges this gap. Led by a graduated paralegal with Service BC expertise, we provide embedded administrative navigation directly inside local supportive housing facilities. We don’t ask people to navigate intimidating government offices; we bring the system to them.

Our Core Services

  • Vital ID Replacement: Navigating the paperwork and covering the fees to secure physical Birth Certificates and BC Services Cards.
  • Ministry Navigation: Executing secure, remote administrative filings for the BC Housing Registry and PWD income assistance.
  • Tax Recovery (CVITP): Acting as a CRA-registered community tax clinic to file retroactive taxes and unlock thousands of dollars in survival income.
